To be eligible for a refund items must: be unworn, unwashed and unused be in their original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.Include proof of purchase or your order number. Non-returnable items.The following are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective: Clearance or final sales items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration or damaged after delivery. Damaged or incorrect orders. If you received a damaged defective or incorrect item please contact Community Wear Unlimited within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue. If approved we will provide a replacement exchange or refund. Refunds. Once your returned item has been received and inspected you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method depending on your financial institution. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Exchanges. Exchanges are available for eligible items based on product availability. If you're requested size or color is unavailable you may choose a refund or store credit if offered. Return shipping. If the return is due to our error such as receiving the wrong or defective item Community Wear Unlimited will cover the return shipping costs.
